Terms &Conditions

Dishtant proudly serves greater Austin area + surrounding cities bringing delicious meals from premium restaurants straight to your door.

By placing an order through our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Delivery Window

We strive to deliver your order within 1.5 hours of confirmation. However, due to variables such as restaurant preparation time, traffic, weather, and driver availability, your order may arrive sooner or later than estimated.

  • We do not guarantee exact delivery times.

  • You will not be eligible for a refund based solely on a delay unless the food is not delivered in our official fresh packaging.

2. Refund Policy

We want to ensure a great experience and will refund your delivery fee under the following conditions:

  • Your order fails to arrive at your specified address or drop-off location.

  • There is a delivery-related issue (e.g., driver never arrives, package lost, etc.).

If the restaurant is unable to fulfill a custom request, we will:

  • Refund the specific item(s) they could not complete.

  • In some cases, cancel and refund the full food order (if no part of it can be completed).

Please note:

  • We do not refund food orders once they have been placed with the restaurant, unless the restaurant itself is unable to fulfill the item(s).

  • We are not liable for errors or delays caused by the restaurant.

3. Service Area

We currently only deliver to the following areas:

  • Sonterra

  • Salado

  • Bartlett

Orders placed for delivery outside these zones will be canceled and refunded.

4. Pricing

Our menu pricing reflects current restaurant pricing at the time of order. While restaurants may change their prices at any time, your one-time purchase will be locked in at the rate posted on our app at the time of checkout.

We absorb any restaurant pricing fluctuations after your order is confirmed.

5. Locally Vetted Drivers

All of our drivers are members of the local community and have passed a Texas-based background check. We’re proud to support local talent and ensure safety during every delivery.

6. Custom Orders & Special Instructions

We do our best to meet all customer requests. However:

  • If a restaurant cannot fulfill a special instruction, we are not liable, but we will issue a refund for any unfulfilled items as appropriate.

7. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide excellent service, we are not responsible for:

  • Delays due to restaurant preparation, traffic, or weather.

  • Issues caused by incorrect delivery addresses entered by the customer.

  • Fulfillment errors by the restaurant.

8. By Using Our Service

You agree to these terms and understand that we operate independently from any restaurant or third-party service, with a focus on providing reliable and convenient delivery to our local community.
